Booking Terms  & Cancellation Policies

Payment conditions:

A deposit is payable to secure reservation equal to the rate of one nights accommodation. Full payment will be required at least two weeks prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made within four weeks prior to check-in, 50% of deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made within two weeks prior to check-in after full payment, 50% of payment will be retained by Tarcombe House (unless another booking is made for future period)

No refund will be given for non arrival.

Other Conditions:

A pre-authorisation is made to your credit card for security purposes but no charge will be made against your credit card at the time of check-in.

Any loss or damage of property will be charged to your credit card.
